We had a fantastic stay at this centrally located hotel in the heart of this city. The staff, including Haroon and Abdullah at the reception, were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They provided a warm welcome, even though we arrived late at night. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the hotel facilities, including the lovely hamman, were excellent. One night, we had a minor issue with the AC, but it was fixed promptly, showing the hotel's attentiveness to guest comfort. The location of the hotel was ideal, close to shops, restaurants, and a tramway station, making it easy to explore the entire city.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old city. It was so convenient to have shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff available at all times.

Great location near shops and restaurants. Helpful staff organized a sandwich for our early tour start and assisted during checkout. Indoor and outdoor pool, sauna available. Clean and beautiful interior with peaceful ambience. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay.
